Terms

Plain-English terms for using tasuki. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Who we are
tasuki is run by Franco Maisano, Perth, Western Australia (“we”). You can reach us at hello@usetasuki.com.
Using tasuki
You can use tasuki if you are 16 or older and can form a binding agreement. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy page.
Your account
You sign in with a provider such as Google. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your tasuki account, including the agents and access tokens you create. You can see and revoke every connection on the Connect page.
Your content
Your tasks, notes and other content belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run tasuki for you, which includes letting the agents you connect read and change them. We don’t sell your content, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
Agents and other services
When you connect an AI agent, you choose what it may do: suggest only, trusted, or full. We enforce that choice. What an agent does within it, and how its provider handles your data, is between you and that provider. Review what agents suggest, and use undo if something is wrong.
Fair use
Don’t break the law, attack or probe the service, get around its limits, or use it to harm others. Don’t store content you have no right to store. We apply limits (for example on tasks, agents and request rates) to keep tasuki running for everyone.
A new service
tasuki is new. It is provided “as is”, it may change, and it may be unavailable or lose data. Download your data from Settings now and then if it matters to you.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to AU$100. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and we’ll try to tell you why. If we ever shut tasuki down, we’ll give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email. Using tasuki after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of Western Australia.
