Privacy
Short version: we keep what you and your agents put into tasuki, and the email you sign in with. We don’t track you, sell anything or show ads.
- What we collect
- When you sign in with Google or GitHub: your email address, your name and a verified-email flag from that provider. When you sign in with an email link: the address you typed. We never store your Google or GitHub access tokens. Then what you create: your tasks and notes, the log of changes (including what an agent changed and what it was before), your agent connections, and a sign-in session. Nothing else about you.
- Why
- To run your task list, show you what your agents did and let you undo it.
- Where it lives
- On Cloudflare’s infrastructure (database and key-value storage), encrypted at rest. Your tasks are readable by the service, because your agents need to read them.
- Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts tasuki. Google and GitHub confirm who you are when you choose them to sign in. Resend delivers the sign-in email, so it receives your address and the one-time link. We don’t share your data with anyone else.
- What the operator can see
- The person running tasuki has an admin console that shows account details (email, sign-in method, dates, how many tasks and agents you have) and anonymous usage totals, and can suspend an account. The console does not display the content of your tasks or notes.
- Your AI
- tasuki doesn’t include a model. When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another agent, it can read and change your tasks as far as the trust level you chose allows. What that provider does with the data is governed by its own terms.
- Tracking
- No advertising and no third-party analytics or trackers. We keep anonymous daily counters (for example how many sign-ins and API calls there were) that contain no personal details, and Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic totals for this website. The marketing site sets no cookies. After you sign in, one essential session cookie keeps you signed in.
- Export and deletion
- In Settings you can download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, or delete your account, which permanently removes your tasks, activity and connections and stops every agent token. You can also email hello@usetasuki.com.
